The Creek House is one of two whole house remodels recently completed at Rancho San Augustine in Hollister Ranch. By a wooded creek this guest house includes a large living-dining area, open kitchen, bedroom, dorm room and two bathrooms. Green features include high performance windows, on-demand space and water heating, certified lumber, recycled wood siding, reclaimed wood cabinetry, and non-toxic interior finishes and materials. A new centrally located grid-tied photovoltaic system provides a portion of the electrical power.
