The Hill House is one of two whole house remodels recently completed at Rancho San Augustine in Hollister Ranch. On a hill overlooking the ocean this romantic retreat includes a large living-dining area, open kitchen, cozy sleeping area and unique luxury bathroom. Green features include high performance windows, on-demand space and water heating, certified lumber, recycled wood siding, reclaimed wood flooring, beams and cabinetry, and non-toxic interior finishes and materials. A new centrally located grid-tied photovoltaic system for the ranch provides a portion of the electrical power.
