Located in the Samarkand neighborhood, this second story addition to a 1920's Spanish Revival cottage takes advantage of the mountain views while preserving the character of the original home. The second story addition includes two bedrooms, sitting room, bathroom, balcony, and roof deck. The existing kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded and the existing living room and dining room were restored. Energy efficient features include an on-demand water heater and added insulation in ceilings and walls.
