The kitchen and second bathroom were enlarged by reconfiguring the north side of this Tudor Revival home in the San Roque neighborhood. The old utility porch was eliminated and a stacked laundry was built into the pantry area of the new kitchen. Energy efficient appliances, upgraded cabinets, and slate counters complete the functionally updated kitchen while respecting the character of the original house. The remodel was completed with upgrades to the breakfast room, dining room, entry, and yard.
